Teck & Guan Metal Finishing Sdn Bhd (TGMF) are specialists in the niche industry of metal electroplating and spray powder coating. It is one of only a few such product and service providers in this southern part of the country, and poised to step up onto the global platform in strategic support of the dynamic development of industry in ISKANDAR Malaysia.
Located in Pasir Gudang, Johor, Malaysia, each of its key managing personnel has at least 20 years of related expertise, committed to providing one-stop and complete solutions to electroplating and metal finishing requirements of a wide range of industries. It aims to deliver excellence to its clients and to work closely with them towards mutual win-win objectives.

Providing a complete range of solutions. TGMF caters jobs to a wide range of industries - from plating on precision metal with gold and silver and other basic metal plating such as tin, copper, zinc alloy, nickel.

Product Quality
Precision in performance, safety and durability is key to metal finishing and electroplating standards and TGMF continuously engage in research and development to meet the most demanding requirements. Stringent in-house testing provides quality assurance.

Environment Health
It is the primary focus of TGMF to develop and implement more eco-friendly processes and procedures, such as improvement in processes leading to waste reduction and ensuring metal plating safety (RoHs compliant).

Metal finishing goes through different and complicated processes. The available product and development support are able to assist clients with planning and cost-saving measures, such as creating plated prototypes for testing and pre-production requirements. It is also able to customize to the specific needs of specific industries.

Our Milestones
- Year 2018 : Certified with ISO 14001:2015 by United Registrar of Systems (URS).
- Year 2018 : Achieved ISO 9001:2015 certification.
- Year 2015 : New Automation line for precious metal process.
- Year 2014 : Investment in 2 units of X-ray XDV SDD machine for coating and material analysis, including RoHS measurement.
- Year 2013 : New Automation line for Ni/Sn in HDD.
- Year 2011 : Zn Ni and Zn Fe automation line with long lasting in corrosion resistance for Automotive Industries.
- Year 2008 : Offer precious metal coating including Gold.
- Year 2007 : Certified with ISO 14001:2004 by United Registrar of Systems (URS).
- Year 2006 : Expanded to plant no.4 with build up space of 67000 sq feet for powder coating and spray painting.
- Year 2005 : Our business expanded to cover the Automotive Industry offering new Electrolytic Cu/Ni service.
- Year 2004 : Implement Environmental Management Systems (EMS).
- Year 2004 : Registered under Restriction Of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) and certified a compliant plant.
- Year 2003 : Achieved ISO 9001:2000 certification.
- Year 2003 : Expanded to plant no.3 to build another 4 production lines.
- Year 2002 : Built a new plant with 2 production lines which included a fully-automated line in Zn plating.
- Year 1999 : Moved factory premises to an area with build up space of 8500 sq feet to incorporate 3 production lines.
